DH Tools
Determining which tool or set of tools to use for a digital humanities project can be overwhelming simply due to the sheer number of options. A good first step is to consult Digital Research Tools (formerly DiRT Directory), DH Toychest: Guides and Introductions, or Miriam Posner's Tutorials & Guides. These three resources allow researchers to select tools according to type of DH project/product envisioned (e.g., maps, timelines, text analysis, etc.).
